Your bespoke online and face-to-face training program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a novice, returning from an injury, suffering with chronic diseases, joint pain and immobility or you want to loose weight.
My methods of coaching focuses on every aspect of your life from your health, physical condition to your lifestyle, to enable you to form life long habits towards a
healthier, stronger and fitter you.

Our Packages
We have a variety of packages based on your goals for you to choose from. Don't worry if you don't know. At ushacfitness, you are our primary focus and we will help you from the start of your journey, to wherever your goals will take you. The packages are flexible as nothing is set in stone and can be increased or decreased based on the level of support/coaching you require. We know that life is never a set journey, and that's why we allow for flexibility on our plans. Whether you goal is to loose weight, get stronger or fitter, to manage your chronic condition (including joint pain) or to improve your nutrition, we will help you choose the right kind of support you need at each stage.

At ushacfitness, we believe that anyone can
achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance and support. We are dedicated to helping our clients
succeed by providing various package options. Our aim is to support a limited number of clients and in this way provide a very personalised approach.
Based on your package, different access to support is available and these include:

- A comprehensive initial health and lifestyle questionnaire.
​
-One-to-one consultation for initial functional movement and fitness assessment (Silver and above packages including 1: 1 personal training sessions).
This can be also be done remotely, should the client have a preference.

-Online/app 24/7 access to your program (on-line packages only)
​
-Access to coach via in app messaging/video for support to help keep you on track.
​
-Access to habit forming transformation program
​
-Access to remote/face-to-face training (based on package).
​
-Targeted coaching on nutrition, lifestyle and health promotion.
​
-Specifically adapted bespoke programs for your physical conditioning, co-morbidities and medication, to fit around your life.

However, although we provide advice on health promotion, prevention and lifestyle, we do not provide medical advice or medical treatment.

What happens next
01
Pre-program consultation
ushacfitness is your Specialist Personal Trainer with a medical background. She is a registered/practising GP and Level 4 accredited Personal Trainer. Please press
Your safety is paramount and that's why we ask you to initially complete a Health and Lifestyle questionnaire, which will be emailed to you. This will enable us to provide a tailored program based on your current health, fitness level/conditioning and your lifestyle. You may also have a further functional and fitness assessment.

Developing Personalised Plans
ushacfitness can advice you on the most suitable program based on your goals, your lifestyle (including availability) and initial assessment. We will provide additional support and coaching via app messaging and/or video, tailored to your needs and includes lifestyle and nutritional coaching.
Based on your package, you will have additional access to remote/face-to-face training with the option to purchase additional sessions as require. The face-to-face sessions can be conducted at our company base or if local at your choice of venue (additional charges may apply based on location).

You are not alone!
ushacfitness is very client focused and aims to provide the best possible tailored support, using our extensive in-depth knowledge and experience. That's why you can be sure you will be supported along your fitness journey. You will not be alone!
In addition to having access to coaching, 1:1 remote/face-to-face training (frequency depending on package), there will also be monthly reviews to enable the programs to be progressed/adapted.
Nutritional, habit and lifestyle coaching tailored to your goals will be available, to help you not only reach your health and fitness goals but also support you to get healthier, to reduce your risk of developing chronic disease.
Enhanced Nutritional support can be added as an ad-on, should clients want more in-depth support around their meals and meal planning.

We also provide a Habit Transformation Program, to kick start your journey, whatever your level of experience.

We believe that life is precious and so we provide a holistic approach, which is why if you don't feel we are the right service for you, you can cancel any time (at end of paid period). Our specialised training is designed to provide you with the tools you need to succeed and we are confident of the results you will achieve.
Based on your requirements, you can increase and decrease the amount of support you need, at the end of each paid period (usually monthly).
Accredited professional
Our Online Program and 1:1 training is expertly designed for each client, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality training possible. Based on your current health and conditioning, the exercises and programs will be adapted for your safety.

As a qualified GP, Level 3 in Exercise Referral, Level 4 in Weight Management and Rehabilitation Specialist, you will only be provided with a tailored programs that challenge you without putting your health at risk!
